Step 1: Log In to Your AutoNotes Account
Visit the AutoNotes website.
Log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Account Settings
Once logged in, navigate to the Settings page. This is found on the main menu (sidebar located on the left of the screen).
Step 3: Navigate to the Billing Section
Within the settings page, locate the tab labeled 'Billing'.
This section will display your current membership details.
Step 4: Opt for Cancellation
In the billing section, underneath "Current plan benefits" you will find an option to 'Cancel subscription'.
Click on this option.
Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation
You will be prompted to provide a reason for cancellation as well as leave us a comment - this helps us improve our services.
Confirm your choice to cancel. You'll receive a notification that your cancellation is processed.
Step 6: Email Confirmation
After confirming cancellation, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address when the billing period is over. This serves as a confirmation of your subscription cancellation.
What Happens Next?
Access: You will continue to have access to your AutoNotes account until the end of your current billing cycle.
Final Billing: Your account will not be charged in the next billing cycle following your cancellation.
