Not Seeing the Latest Update

This help article provides troubleshooting steps for users who are not seeing the latest update in their software.

If your account is not displaying the latest update or feature, please try one or all of the following:

  • Clear your browser cache (CTRL+SHIFT+R on Windows & CMD+SHIFT+R on Mac).

  • Close out all open AutoNotes tabs and open a new one.

  • Log out and log back into AutoNotes.
