Legacy Settings Overview

Legacy Settings allow organizations to enable older features that existed before the current session-based workflow. Most users will no longer need these options, but they remain available for teams that rely on previous documentation flows.

Updated today

You can find them under Settings β†’ Legacy Settings.

Presets

Enable Presets to allow clinicians to access and use saved text presets when creating notes in the legacy templates flow.

Folders

Enable Folders if your team previously organized documents into folders. This option restores that structure for organizations that still use it.

Templates

Enable Templates to bring back the legacy template-based note generation system. When turned on, clinicians can select templates directly instead of using the new session workflow.

When to Use Legacy Settings

Use these features only if:

  • Your organization was onboarded before the new workflows existed

  • You rely on older processes for documentation consistency

New users do not need these settings.
