Go to Settings → Services, then:
Click Add Service to create a new one, or
Use the three dots (…) to edit an existing service
For each service, you can customize:
1. Basic Details
Service name
Specialty
Optional internal description
Expected number of participants
2. AI Instructions
Tell the AI how this service should be documented (e.g., “Focus on short-term goals” or “Use a structured crisis format”).
3. Output Formats
Choose which note formats clinicians can generate for this service (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, etc.).
4. Required Input Fields
Decide whether clinicians must fill in:
Client age / name / pronouns
Diagnoses
MSE fields
Risk assessment
Client progression
Additional contextual or clinical fields
Customizing services ensures documentation stays consistent across your organization and aligned with your clinical and compliance needs.
