Selecting a Service

When you begin a session, AutoNotes asks you to choose a Service. This tells the system what kind of appointment you’re documenting.

After selecting a service, AutoNotes:

  • Shows the appropriate required fields (risk, diagnoses, MSE, client info, etc.)

  • Limits note formats to the ones allowed for that service

  • Adjusts AI writing to match the clinical context

  • Supports single-client, couple, or group session structures

Choose the service that best matches the actual visit you’re documenting. If your organization has custom or renamed services, those will appear on the list as well.
