Note Preferences

Choose how terminology is applied in your practice:

All clinicians use the same terminology (admin-controlled).

Each clinician can set their own preferences.

Only admins can change which model is used.

Choose what AutoNotes calls you in documentation (e.g., Provider, Therapist, Counselor).

You can also toggle Use professional credentials instead to display your credentials (e.g., John, LCSW).

Choose how clients are referred to (e.g., Client, Patient, Member).

Optional: Use client name when available to use the client’s actual name in notes.
