Notification Settings

The Notifications tab lets you choose which alerts you receive and how you receive them. These notifications help you stay updated on important activity related to clients and documents.

Types of Notifications

You may see options such as:

  • Updated Chart

    Notifies you when a client’s AI Summary, recommendations, or labels are updated.

  • Screening Tool / Assessment Completed

    Alerts you when a client completes a screening tool you sent them.

  • Treatment Plan Generated

    Notifies you when a treatment plan is automatically or manually generated.

Delivery Methods

You can enable or disable notifications per channel:

  • In-App — Notifications appear inside AutoNotes.

  • Email — Sends an email for that event.

  • SMS — (If available in your plan) Texts you when certain actions occur.

Just check or uncheck each box to customize your preferences.
