Deleting a Session

You can delete a session if it was created by mistake or you no longer need the documentation. Deleting a session removes the session and all documents generated from it.

When You Can Delete a Session

You can delete a session if:

  • It has not been finalized

  • Your organization permissions allow it

How to Delete a Session

  1. Open the session in the Note Editor.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the session title.

  3. In the modal, select Delete Session at the bottom.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • The session

  • All generated notes

  • Autosaved drafts

  • Timeline entries for linked clients

Important Notes

Deleting a session cannot be undone. Only delete sessions that were created in error.
