Understanding Comments, Consents & Face Sheet

Each client profile includes sections that help you track clinical details, administrative info, and required documentation. These features live in separate tabs inside the client profile.

Updated today

Comments

The Comments tab is for quick internal notes about the client.

You can use it to record:

  • Brief observations

  • Important reminders

  • Context that doesn’t belong in formal documentation

Comments are internal to your organization and help AutoNotes maintain an accurate Client Overview.

Consents

The Consents tab stores signed forms for the client, such as:

  • Audio Recording Consent

  • Any other organization-required consents

Consents appear here once signed and remain part of the client’s permanent record.

Face Sheet

The Face Sheet is where you manage the client’s core profile information, including:

  • Personal information (name, DOB, pronouns)

  • Contact details

  • Demographics

  • Diagnoses (primary, secondary, tertiary)

  • Medications and allergies

  • Employment, marital status, language preferences

You can also:

  • Change the client’s status (Active, Inactive, Prospective, Archived)

  • Delete the client record if needed

Updates to the Face Sheet help keep AI-generated notes accurate and consistent.
