Creating & Editing a Client Profile

Client profiles store all clinical and demographic information about a client, along with their documents, screenings, treatment plans, and AI summaries. You can create a new client or update an existing one at any time.

Creating a New Client

  1. Go to Clients in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add Client.

  3. Fill out the required fields:

    • First Name*

    • Last Name*

    • Date of Birth*

    • Client Status (Active / Inactive)

    • Phone Number (optional)

    • Email (optional)

  4. Click Create Client.

Your new client will now appear in the Clients list.

Editing a Client Profile

  1. Open Clients and select the client you want to edit.

  2. Navigate through the tabs across the top:

    • Face Sheet (demographics, diagnoses, medications, allergies)

    • Documents

    • Screening Tools

    • Treatment Plans

    • Comments

    • Consents

  3. Click any field to update it, then select Save Changes.

Updating Client Status

Inside the Face Sheet tab, you can:

  • Change the client’s status (Active / Inactive)

  • Update the date first seen

  • Archive or delete a client if supported by your plan

What You Can Edit

You can update:

  • Personal information (name, DOB, pronouns)

  • Contact info

  • Diagnoses (primary, secondary, tertiary)

  • Medications and allergies

  • Employment, marital status, and demographic fields

Notes

  • Updating a client profile automatically influences future AI-generated notes.

  • Deleted or archived clients will no longer appear when linking to a session.
