Recording a Live Session

You can record your session directly inside AutoNotes and generate documentation automatically afterward.

1. Start a Live Recording

Go to Sessions, choose a service type, and select: Record a Live Session

Set up:

  • Client (optional)

  • Location (In Person / Telehealth)

Click Start Recording.

2. Record the Session

The recording screen shows:

  • Microphone visualizer

  • Timer

  • Pause / Resume

  • Red Stop button

  • Note Pad

  • Output format + modalities

Record for as long as needed.

3. End the Session

Click the red Stop button.

In the End Session modal:

  • Confirm or link client

  • Choose documents to generate

  • Select modalities used

Click: End Session & Generate Docs.

4. AutoNotes Generates Your Note

You’ll see a short progress screen, then enter the Note Editor, where you can:

  • Edit the note

  • Add more documents

  • Use Magic Edit

  • Finalize

  • Download PDF
