1. Start a Live Recording
Go to Sessions, choose a service type, and select: Record a Live Session
Set up:
Client (optional)
Location (In Person / Telehealth)
Click Start Recording.
2. Record the Session
The recording screen shows:
Microphone visualizer
Timer
Pause / Resume
Red Stop button
Note Pad
Output format + modalities
Record for as long as needed.
3. End the Session
Click the red Stop button.
In the End Session modal:
Confirm or link client
Choose documents to generate
Select modalities used
Click: End Session & Generate Docs.
4. AutoNotes Generates Your Note
You’ll see a short progress screen, then enter the Note Editor, where you can:
Edit the note
Add more documents
Use Magic Edit
Finalize
