We get it, when something changes in your workflow, it can throw things off a bit.
That’s why, even though we’re excited about the new AutoNotes Care Experience, we’ve made sure that if you prefer using AutoNotes the same way you always have, without client profiles and with just Document Storage and Presets you still can.
Here’s how to keep using AutoNotes in the way you’re familiar with:
Go to Settings on the left side of your dashboard.
Click on the Legacy tab.
From there, enable Document Storage Outside of Charts and Presets Access.
That’s it! You’ll have access to the simple, note-focused workflow you're used to—just with everything stored neatly in the Documents tab, ready to go.
While you won’t be able to fully switch back to the old layout, this setup lets you continue using AutoNotes without the added client profile features.
