How to Modify AutoNotes Terminology

Updated over a week ago

Looking to personalize how AutoNotes refers to you or your clients? Here's how to modify terminology in AutoNotes so the system matches your preferred language and professional style.

This is especially helpful if you want to change how the platform labels the service provider (you) or the service receiver (your client). Whether you prefer to be called "Clinician," "Coach," or something else—and whether you work with "Clients," "Patients," or "Members"—this is where you can make those changes.

To get started, click on the Settings icon, then select Terminology. From there, you can update:

  • The Service Provider Subject (how AutoNotes refers to you)

  • The Service Receiver Subject (how AutoNotes refers to your clients)

After you’ve made your updates, be sure to Save Changes so your new terminology is reflected throughout the platform.
