If you’re looking to create a client profile in AutoNotes, it’s a quick and straightforward process that helps you keep everything organized from day one. Whether you’re onboarding a new client or updating an existing record, AutoNotes makes it easy to enter and manage client information.
To begin, click the Clients icon on the left side of your dashboard, then select Add Client. You’ll be prompted to enter the client’s basic information and click Create Client to generate the profile.
Once the profile is created, you’ll be taken to the Client Overview, where you can complete additional sections as needed, including:
General Information
Medications List
Allergies List
Client Status
Client Diagnoses
